What???? No way. Can't be. We would be waiting over a year for an approval and they are trying fix thebacklog. I do not believe this.

April 5 2013 as of December 31 2013. They can not still be on April.

I agree. They're not. And you're right it's as of December. Check the the timelines on here with filter set the nebraska transfers! They did a July the other day! But mainly they're on May and June. They barely got any august (according to 100 ppl on VJ only one got NSC - that's good!)!as soon as they're in July and pumping them out it'll go faster. At least that's what I'm obsessing over now haha.

They flat out LIE. We can SEE firsthand that they've been doing May and June. Do NOT listen to them. Following VJ is your most reliable thing I've found.

How do I get Nebraska filters? I set it to i130 and ir1 visa but no Nebraska in drop down menu. :-)

10/28/13-I-130 Sent via USPS to Chicago Lock Box from Abroad

11/01/13-I-130 received at facility

11/12/13-Contacted Chicago Lock box to find info on our petition and was told it is being returned.

11/14/13-Received package back from Lock Box with RFE to resend it with correct filing fee.

(Money Order not drawn on US account)

11/25/13-I-130 Sent via USPS to Chicago Lock Box from Abroad with correct method of payment.

12/06/13-Received NOA1 via Email stating our case has been transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

12/12/13-Checked USCIS site for Case Status. Seen our case is in initial Review.

12/16/13-Received Hardcopy NOA1 in mail.

Feb 5-crossed border to US to see hubs and son off at airport. Flew to CA to establish domicile.

Feb 11-Case touched to update hub's change of address

I found it lol. So I counted all months up to page 28 where it hits 2010. I did 2013 and this is what I found, minus the transfers:

July is 0, Aug is 0, Sept. Had 3, October has 21, November has 39 and December has 44. Remember thisiisn't transfers. A lot of filers in December! I didn't count approvals either.

10/28/13-I-130 Sent via USPS to Chicago Lock Box from Abroad

11/01/13-I-130 received at facility

11/14/13-Received package back from Lock Box with RFE to resend it with correct filing fee.

Sounds about right! Then with transfers even still there's like no (well only one) August! So it's good there's barely any. The only approvals though in those months would be some randoms and expedites. Using the transfer filter is the only way to see what they're doing now.

I hope this isn't a fluke.. Nebraska has done like 6 or so julys in the last few days... And two septembers in the last two days!!! It looks like their definitely on July too now. But the septembers confuse me.

I compiled some data from the tracking spreadsheets as a framework to estimate NSC wait times.. NSC approved 13 approvals this week from June to September (i didnt look at other months), compared to 10 from CSC and 2 from TSC . NSC has 49 pending NOA2s from these months. At this rate it will take them 3.8 weeks to approve these if we assume NSC will approve petitions in order (which we know they don't)...

Case finally located at USCIS with help from NY senator's office, SCOPSSCATA at USCIS.DHS.GOV,NVCRESEARCH and one very helpful tier 2 uscis rep.

AOS paid - June 26

AOS sent - June 28

AOS scanned in - July 7

IV fee paid - July 15

IV scan date - July 21

Case Completed!! - September 10

So December filers are looking to be approved by August. This is beyond ridiculous. Years ago it only took 6 months to get your spouse here (if you were a citizen) - now its a struggle. My uncle did his in august and already did his spousal support (not sure if he was nebraska, but highly doubt it), so I don't understand what is really going on.

I guess just patience...LOTS of patience.

Hello. We were transferred to Nebraska, PD Oct 7th. I have shed a couple of tears.

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

 

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".

 

September 26th 2016: I-751 package sent to CSC

September 28th 2016: Package delivered
September 30th 2016: Check cashed
October 3rd 2016: NOA1 received with receipt date of 09/28/16
November 3rd 2016: Biometrics received with appointment date of 11/14/16.
November 14th 2016: Attended biometrics appointment
October 30th 2017: Infopass appointment to get I-551 stamp
February 26th 2018: I-751 case number (aka the NOA1 receipt number) becomes trackable
March 14th 2018: Submitted service request due to being outside of processing time.

March 15th 2018: ROC approved. 535 days (1 year, 5 months and 17 days)

March 29th 2018: Card being produced

April 4th 2018: Card mailed out

April 6th 2018: Card in hand. Has incorrect "resident since" date. Submitted service request on I-751 case (typographical error on permanent resident card) and an I-90 online.

April 2018 - August 7th 2018: Tons of service requests, emails and now senator involvement to get my corrected green card back because what the heck, USCIS. Also some time in May I sent a letter to Potomac telling them I want to withdraw my I-90 since CSC were handling it.

August 8th 2018: Card in production thanks to the direct involvement of Senator Sherrod Brown's team

August 13th 2018: Card mailed

August 15th 2018: Card in hand with correct date. :joy:

October 31st 2018: Potomac sends out a notice stating they have closed out my I-90 per my request. Yay for no duplicate card drama.

I think at least one of the September was expedited. When you look in the remark of their timeline they mention expedite. but I may be wrong.

That's what I was thinking too but I checked today again.. Now there's 4 septembers : two from thurs and two from fri... I'm too scared to get my hopes up. I guess we'll have to wait and see how the week unfolds as far as this mysterious September approving.
