Hello all,

I have been reading through the various guides on this forum however there is one thing so far that has confused me. For my K1 application we will be using a co-sponsor however I am unclear weather or not my Fiancee and the co sponsor have to fill out the I-134 or is it just the co sponsor?

Many thanks!

London will not require but one I-134. If the fiancé does not make enough, then get an I-134 from a sponsor who makes enough money. If the beneficiary has enough assets, he can show proof of them to self-sponsor at a London interview. In that case there would be no I-134.

London also does not require a tax return if income is proven in a different way. They will accept one proof. You don't have to scrape together five different ways of proving income. They are quite flexible.

Many thanks for your help guys, I feel like such a newbie at the moment getting all our evidence and forms together. Very exciting but scary at the same time!

Do you know you don't need the I-134 until your Interview? It's good to look at the financial part now but get your petition documents and forms together and file first before attacking the I-134. Once the petition is in the mail, then start leaning the next part in "London K1. A complete guide" found here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/474161-london-k1-a-complete-guide/
