Hi everyone!

My husband called me this morning from Montreal to report that his interview at the consulate went swimmingly!

He said he had to wait for about an hour before he sat down with the interviewer. He said that everyone was very nice. The interviewer was more interested in our recent phone records than the stack of emails dating back as far as 2007. She asked if we're Hindu, because I wore a sari when I got married. Then she asked if he's ever been refused at the border, and he said yes. She asked when, and he said about a month ago, and that was all. No trouble.

Now, I'm a bit confused about the whole Loomis passport delivery thing. What do we do at this point? How long does it take?

Thanks in advance!

Congrats,

Loomis will deliver the passport with Visa to a dhl office where he can go pick it up, or for a fee he can have it delivered to his home or work address.

When I did my k1, it took a week from interview to having passport in my hand if I recall correctly. It wasn't very long. not sure how long it would take for i-130.

Good Luck!
