Evidence of bona fide marriage

Hi everyone,

I am a german citizen about to marry my american fiance. We have been preparing I-130 and I-485 and of course ran into some questions. I want this process to be as smooth as possible and therefore don't give the Immigration office any doubts.

For evidence we included:

- Approx 50 pictures of us, touring through Europe, Engagement pictures from Prague, Cambodian enagement ceremony with all our family members (My fiance is Asian) and then just pictures of going out and day-to-day situations

- We have three Affadavits from friends and family, including pictures with them at our engagement party

- My fiance is under my health insurance

- She is the beneficiary listed in my life insurance

- We have a joint bank account

I was wondering if this is enough evidence or do we need more? Any advice is highly appreciated!

A lot of people don't submit THAT much with the initial I-130 application, more like they give the USCIS sufficient evidence and then bring in the big guns for the interview.

For example: I only sent in about 25 photos with my I-130 but I am bringing 100+ to my actual interview.

But yes, very sufficient.

Don't need to send in so much evidence. Its not required at USCIS stage of the process. Meet the standard requirements listed in the instructions and affidavits from those who attended the wedding (preferably American citizens). Photos etc. are needed only at the interview stage (if at all).

100-150 pictures is too much. I only added 15 photos in a 3 page .pdf document and it sailed just fine at nvc, and nobody asked to see anything like that in the interview. Photos etc are required more from people who are applying for K1. Original marriage certificates trumps pictures.
