Hi DOC731 :)

May I ask why you won't get a CC?

I think u will find out If your case is completed first via phone and after one week or so you'll receive email from them saying that your cc but u won't get a letter in your mail address saying your cc

And it is the same for everyone

Are you worried about not getting a CC as in case being denied? A CC (Case Complete) is just a NVC term indicating a case has been completed after reviewing all the requirements. Your case needs to be completed before you can be scheduled for a consulate interview. If you're expecting a CC notification by mail, it will not happen. A few days after case complete, you should be getting an email notification, but nothing from the mailman. If you already paid all fees and submitted all forms and documents, you will just wait for them to review everything you submitted and if everything checks out they will close your case (or Case Complete). Otherwise they will send you a checklist. It is very important to be actively following up on your case at this point by calling them on a regular basis and inquiring about the status of your case. Do not worry, just send them what they want and you will get case complete before you know it. I hope this clears up your mind. Good luck on your journey.

Patience is virtue, my friend. Everything happens for a reason.

My case is complete but i got an additional checklist for my AOS but instead of sending the documents to them they told me to send it to my wife and then she will be the one to give it to the consul. Anybody experience the same thing? will I still be getting a CC via email?
