when I called NVC to know whether they had received my packages, me too have said 30days, but after just 14days the case was complete!! if I had waited their, I had to call 1April! Call call call okey?

Last friday my husband call NVC and they gave us CC, after 4days I received this e mail:

"Dear Sir or Madam:

The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing

of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner

and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment

until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of

the interview. Additional documentation requirements if applicable can be referenced at

the following URL: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3742.html

hi everyone, Im helping my sister in law (husband's cousin) with her application. She did not send the IV docs right after paying the IV fee (bec. she waited for the release of her new passport)...and now, she already received a checklist to send the IV docs.....will she now use the document cover sheet from the checklist and not the one from the IV payment? Thank you.

My case completed on 3-11-14 but they told me that they don't have any dates for visa scheduling in March. Hoping to get IL letter soon. Also they said u might not get cc letter just will get il letter.

Yes, no letter for CC, but they send an e mail like this:
