I linked two news sites, one being Fox News ... why would they both omit something that would explain this decision? What details are missing?

Police and witness disagree with this man's report on the incident.

So why did the judge believe it?

SYG in Florida is lopsided at best. As you pointed out, the legal system is far from perfect. Could be pressure from someone on the outside, or something else behind it.

He shot and killed someone, the cops and his girlfriend said it wasn't justified. IMO, he got off lucky.

I mentioned that in another thread. It has sexual harassment as well domestic violence. I'm surprised they haven't sent me off in to exile with Kip.
