I'm waiting for Case Completion now since i sent all the things :) , just to let you guys know ! Cheer !

Some question ,

1. will retrogression affect my process ? I'm a f2a beneficiary !

2. after case complete how long does it take for IL and Interview ?

3.after case complete will i receive IL or Medical letter first ?

We'll if you got cc before March 20 ,ull get ur IL end of March for May appointments ... If you get cc after March 20 then ull have to wait till end of April to get IL for June appointments... Gd luck !!

Some question ,

1. will retrogression affect my process ? I'm a f2a beneficiary !

2. after case complete how long does it take for IL and Interview ?

3.after case complete will i receive IL or Medical letter first ?

1. relax , retrogression will be in the last quarter of FY 2014 which is july-sep. if you get your case complete before that and interview date before july, then you would be fine.

2. after case complete, it all depend on the capacity of the embassy where your interview will be held. if it is a busy embassy then it can take upto a month, and you will get you IL at the end of the month, ex. if you get a case complete on feb 15, 2014 and at the end of the february if you do not get an IL, then you will get your IL by the end of March, if lucky enough then it may be sooner.

3. after case complete there is only one letter which is the interview letter, you have to take that IL to your physician appointed by the embassy to have the medical exam performed.

May I ask when your case was at the NVC? Like for how long? My second RFE was submitted on 17th February. Called last week they didn't have any update till then. Don't know about this week.

Since october 2013. I made a few errors on forms and got a few checklist but its finally over :-)
