congrats guys.

am still waiting for CC.

welcome letter is the first mail you get from nvc that they are beginning to process a case. this happens 6 month+ before youbecome current.

it is usually a sign youwill be current soon

My case has been completed since April and still waiting on IL maybe they processed my case a bit too early :)

I- 130 .... sent USCIS August 4, 2010 - Approved at NVC Jan 2011 received approval letter with case number and Id number

Welcome Letter..... Received Feb 23, 2016

Selected agent...Feb 25, 2016

Paid AOS and Visa Application fees.......Feb 26, 2016 

Submitted supporting doc......Mar 20, 2016 ( would have done sooner but had to wait on petitioners tax docs)

Case completed.....April 22, 2016 Received case complete letter April 27,2016

Received Interview Letter... Feb 3, 2017

Medical..... Feb 27,2017

Interview...Mar 20, 2017

Visa Issued....Mar 21, 2017

 POE.............June 4, 2017

SSN............June 12,2017

Green Card: August 2017

Petition for hubby: Oct 2017

Paid AOS and Visa Application fees.......Feb 26, 2016 

Submitted supporting doc......Mar 20, 2016 ( would have done sooner but had to wait on petitioners tax docs)

Case completed.....April 22, 2016 Received case complete letter April 27,2016

Received Interview Letter... Feb 3, 2017

Medical..... Feb 27,2017

@Jarin, it's better early, than late, you just have to wait for your PD to be current.

My PD is almost current, but they started to process my case just 2 months ago. NVC has received my documents on the 14th of September and didn't send me any e-mail informing, that they have received it and will review it in 30 days.

Anyway, I hope, that they are reviewing it by now.

A lie and u get cc already and a person with January 2010 jus get welcome letter. Damn! u have to wait for Pd to become current. I'm October 2010

Haha i think they overlooked my pd or matbe they got tired of me calling so they just gave in and processed ne early

No, you are not that special:-) you were just in FB2 category and they were processing cases till the middle of December 2010, while F1 was processed till 1st of October 2009. But, things are changing, they are speeding F1 processing till JAN 2011, what let me think, that F1 gonna catch up with F2B in the near future:-)
