First time posting but i've been following the info shared. My PD is August 2008. I got an email on 24th of June this year that my DS 260 was completed:

Name: Petals xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Country: Jamaica

Complete on: June 24,2016

Case number: jam XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Confirmation no: abc 123

Was it June 24, 2016 my case was completed?

I got another mail on August 15 that i'm in line for an interview?

can anyone say how long? and if your father was the petitioner is a dna mandatory? reason my dad is on vacation here and i'm wondering if it something we can do now so as not to extent the wait time.

Usually they ask for proof of paternity if the father is the petitioner, I would advise you to get it done just in the case that they ask

I am surprised you havent gotten an interview date as yet though because they are now processing for 2009. I think you should give them a call my dear,
