are they joking? anyways congrats to us all who got current and finally let the visa bulletin page rest.

no one refreshes that page better.

unfortunately, NVC just told me over the phone i need to resend the AOS forms and tax transcript.

I broke the new to my mom and she is not finding it funny, she actually hung up.

Ahhh...better you quickly get it done. It will be another 30days before u get response...had a similar issue..sent immediately and got cc in 27days...

PD: 30th Mar,2007 (this became current in july 2014)

Case Completed: 27th Aug,2013

​I/L Received: 2nd Jun,2014

Interview: 1st July 2014

if that were to play out, you MAY get IL on 15th of Aug for a 15th of September interview

also i have read here that some got their interview date by calling NVC on phone, then IL came about a week later.

you guys may just give NVC a call right now

 

Got LPR status through family in Feb 2017
travelled back to Nigeria in Aug 2017, got married
file i130 for wife and daughter in January 2018
Case transferred from CSC to NSC in July 2019
got RFE in Oct 2019.

next: waiting anxiously for the mail...

Guys, how long does it take to get IV application fee invoiced after AOS is paid?

i did not pay my AOS fee when the invoice came but still got IV fee invoice 1 month later.

so we paid both AOS and IV fee at the same time in march

check timelines of F1 guys

 

Got LPR status through family in Feb 2017

Wow..for real but you know June will come first before July..will give the call a shot later in the month. I'm sure NVC will be bombarded with calls through out these week..

Same here I paid AOS and IV together. Don't wait till CEAC change status. You can read about it as Oluwaseun pointed out...
