@magician thanks for the tips, @Lain I think you should call nvc cos my sis pm is September 11 and she was contacted in January

I called NVC a couple months ago, they said, that they are not working on my case yet and that is correct, because the 2nd chart shows, that welcome letters are being issued till the 1st of October, that's why your sister has been contacted and I wasn't. Anyway, I expect to get it very soon:-)

Please, can you let me know, when your sister will get her interview letter? And your experience at interview would be appreciated as well:-)

Joined this site a awhile now but this is my first time posting.

My priority date is 01 December, 2010. I know I have to wait until my priority date becomes current but what I would like to know is this, what happens next in the process? and would anyone know how long after before an interview date is given?

its been 33 days gone for me after interview and I am still in Administrative processing.. without any update..

Good luck to all you who stuck for getting visa

Just wondering: Did you hire the services of a well qualified immigration attorney for your case? I cannot stress this enough, especially when you're coming from a 3rd world country.

My coworker from Dubai was also placed on Admin Processing for close to 2 months. Her lawyer simply had her petitioner in the USA speak with their local congressman. The congressman requested more information and the reason for the hold-up. Two weeks later, the case was approved.

Hang in there - I know what it's like being far away from family.

Wishing you the best of luck.
