Per travel.state.gov, the visa bulletin for June 2015 was released may 11, 2015 in the US. This is the same day I was interviewed in Manila. May 12.

Per ceac, it says issued. Hope to get visa soon.

Still worried and fingers crossed until I receive my passport with visa on it.

Hi, if you were given an interview letter then it means that your pd is current on the month of your interview date and as long as your status in ceac become issued after your interview no worries you will not be affected with retrogression of the next month however if your status is Ap then its a 50/50 chance. In my case my original appointmnt is May 26 but since ive read that there might be a regrogression coming i rescheduled it on MAy 7 just to be safe. Fortunately i already have my visa now while f1 phils retrogress this june back to yr 2000.?

☺️☺️☺️Tnx

Hi Lianne28, Thanks for the info. If my visa interview is scheduled before end of the month, and if approval is granted. Does it mean I won't be affected by the retrogression in June?

Pulled some strings from the US to expedite my visa interview before the end of the month, NVC approved the expedition and working with the embassy to settle the interview the next 2 weeks. I'm just waiting for the official interview letter so I can start my medical. the 24hour time difference between Singapore and the US is making everything slow down.

Crossing all my fingers to receive it soon.

Thanks for your quick response. Did they specifically ask you for the AOS at the interview or were you the one that initiated giving them the updated AOS without them requesting it?

I'm from Singapore. I was worried for no reason I guess? I was assuming there might be some retrogression for others too in the coming months so I requested for an earlier interview

No issues there as long as you enter before the visa expiry.
