Which one? Visitor visa cancellation? They cancelled it because you're chasing an immigrant visa already.

You need to find a joint sponsor ASAP. Failure to do so, no visa.

Good luck!

Ok. I have gotten another sponsor should have the documents by end of next week. But is the cancellation without prejudice of my visitor's visa a bad or good sign regarding my petition.

Them cancelling your tourist visa doesn't affect your F1 application in any way. They can still deny your F1 if you cannot provide a qualified joint sponsor. Edited by apple21

Hey peeps

I had my medical first and then interview back in Feb in London. Both went fine and got the visa delivered in just under 2 weeks. PoE was Houston on 28th Feb.

I'm back in London for the time being and the officer when I asked him that I wanted to travel said the sticker/vignette is proof of LPR for 1 year. SSN was applied for on 2nd Mar and number received 4 days later. Still waiting for GC.

Good luck to all!

It was at the back but he find out. what I want to know now is how should he mark the document sheet because the financial part is for his petitioner n the supporting part is his, so he want to send the supporting documents to nvc for himself but don't know if he should mark the financial part too even if he don't have it. what should he do?

I did my aunt's case and I received her interview letter this evening. She filed for her two adult children with 4 grandchildren as derivative beneficiaries. Here are the details:

Priority Date: August 8, 2007

Embassy: Kingston, Jamaica

Interview Date: May 21, 2015 @ 8AM

My PD is 1 Aug 2007. Does this mean that there will be a forward movement next month? Will I receive an interview letter this month in your opinion?

Is your aunt F1
