My status on ceac website changed to ready today after an email to nvc. However still no IL. Can anyone estimate how long after change to ready I may get an IL?

or its already sent to your local embassy or it it will be done before next bulletin in 14-18 days from today

Got greencard yesterday (dec 20) Ssn= recieved State ID= recieved Greencard= recieved Apply for school for my daughter= approved Finish with uscis until citizenship time.

Can anyone tell me what is in Packet 3. I sent an email to my local embassy today and they advised that Packet 3 was sent since 3 February 2015 but I never received it. They also informed me that Packet 4 was sent via email to my Petitioner's email address since 3 February 2015 but they don't really check email but I have Packet now. My interview is March 17, 2015. Just want to know if I need to email them again to let them know I did not receive it. Thanks.

Priority Date: July 24, 2007 (EAC)

AOS fee paid: February 2013

Request embassy change: May 2013

Son born: September 2013 (added to petition March 2014)

Interview: March 17, 2015 (Joint sponsor needed)

Joint sponsor documents submitted: April 27, 2015

Visas approved and issued: April 30, 2015. Had to return to embassy to do oath for son :)

Visa in hand: May 5, 2015 (two working days after issued)

IV fees paid: August 10, 2015

POE: JFK - September 10, 2015 (one day before visa expiry date - No hassle)

Returned to Barbados: September 28, 2015

Green cards: October 5, 2015 :dancing:

Entered US permanently: March 22, 2016

Applied for SSNs: March 28, 2016 (didn't tick box on DS-260)

SSN received: April 4, 2016;

Learner's permit: April 7, 2016 (in NY you also have to do 5-hour class);

Driver's License: July 13, 2016 (on first try) :dancing:

I-130 sent: October 8, 2015 (via USPS)

how did ur sister interview went? Did they ask her for the non- impediment certificate or we don't really need it. Give some highlight .

Does ceac website still say at nvc. I see there is no vb as yet. I know the weather was really bad this month but hoping for forward movement for all.

Yeah it still says at the NVC. I think the VB will come out tomorrow

Vb is out but it seems no movement for fb1 what Dos that mean with vbs go in forward.

Hey Guys - I'm new here. Just wanted to share my FB-1 case. My mom's lawyer just paid the IV fees & the AOS fee and I've shot all the civil documents over to her today. She said she'll be filling out the DS-260 sometime this week and send the civil documents to NVC by the end of the week as well. So if i'm following everything correctly, once NVC receives my DS-260 & AOS package it'll take them roughly 60 days to review/approve and schedule me for an interview at the US Embassy in Islamabad, right?
