F1 case complete and waiting for visa # availability -Part2

Hello Everyone,

Finally I have got my IL, my Interview is 24 nov. However a little dissapointed by the late date, I was expecting an early Interview in 1st or 2nd week, like everyone else is getting. Even my sis has her interview on 10th w the same pd. Anyways I am still happy that the uncertainity has ended to some extent, and I hope that I soon get my visa in nov . Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences and knowledge here on the forum.

I have few questions, I had a relative as a joint sponsor for me along with my dad when we submitted the AOS before. But my relative who was very old, he expired about an year ago. Please tell me from your experiences

Now do I need to submit only last 1 year's tax papers or do I need to file for last 3 years tax papers from my new joint sponsor ?

secondly I had already submitted DS-230 paper form long back in 2011, do I need to still submit the DS-260 online form now, is that mandatory ?

Anyone has knowledge about my concerns, please respond ?

You need to submit tax return from both sponsors just for last year. Also you don't need to submit DS-260 again unless otherwise stated in your interview letter. Edited October 16, 2014 by Fol0507

Now on 9th oct I got the Interview Letter and on 24th nov I have the Interview. In such case am I required to Post mail (or Email) the I-864 and Tax papers to NVC or carry them to the Interview ?

You mean 1 week. The current PD is 8 June 2007
