There are no reasons to believe this prediction, because FB1 is already slow and all the FB2's upgrading to FB1 will be have the PD older than NOV 2007 (previous months PDs are already current in FB2).

But seeing the accurate prediction of this site for recently for OCT 2014 month prediction of 22 May 2007, I am shocked at this prediction being so irreasonable.

Come on USCIS and NVC, dont be unfair to us. Do not give the FB visa numbers to EB categories.

For Mexico & Rest of the World, F2B is going at great speeds. So its wise to be in F2B or get back to F2B if you are in FB1 and take advantage of the situation.

Converting back to F2B doesnt seem to be an easy task. I am still struggling in finding the procedure of this conversion or revoke the conversion from F2B to F1 which already taken place a year back in my case. It seems that there is no provision has been made with USCIS and NVC to deal with this "opt-out" problem comfortably. This situation is apparently new to the world and the authorities.

I have started the thread on Opt-out conversion a month ago on this site, in fact some Philippines members did try to help out but nothing concrete has been found in this regard. All they know about their own unique way to follow in manila's embassy, which is quite comfortable and easy task to perform.

I hope to get some reply from the NVC over this matter which I did mail them few weeks back. They might know the right way to make this conversion possible. I request you all if anybody be able to know the procedure to convert back to F2B from F1 for rest of the world countries then please do share with us and help out every fellow member in this way.

I called on FRIDAY (26th Sept) but the executive told that the PDs till MAY 1 are processed. No IL and also No update about my CSPA Opt-Out request as well, it is still under review.

Tomorrow September 30 my husband is going to USCIS ( I asked him to go because I am in Brazil ) for an appointment just to know why the F2B category is ahead of F1.
