Let's hope these cases will be finished outta this month. At least 2 months movement NVC, what we needed now after 7 miserable months in last year.

I had called NVC, they told they dont have an IL for me yet. She advised me to check in Sept first week. Regarding the Opt-Out, she told as per my previous mail for opt out, it is under review and advised me to wait for some more time. I am not sure what are they reviewing, but this was kind of a mixed news for me, that some work is happening regarding the opt-out, and something positive may come up regarding the opt out request. Fingers crossed .

There are lot of people with PD in May 2007 & June 2007, from " KERBIT ~ RAHULBATY512 "

Did any one else also called the NVC, do call NVC and share their response regarding IL status etc..

Did you receive your IL?

After that you can go to medical examination.

I have some tips to u about it.

You can do everything together, like day 1 you go to medical and day 2 go to interview.

And you gonna have 6 months to leave your home and lovely country.

I think, people will receive getting ILs by Tuesday. Its a Labor Day on 1st Sept. Let see how does it goes in upcoming months.

I sent the same mail asking about the Opt-out rule 3 times with prescribed manner. I used to get the reply in a week or so when I inform them about address change, but this time regarding opt-out matter, they are not replying my mails. Its been over a month now and I havent gt any response over any mail. I don't know what takes them so long to review the cases, its clearly mentioned on USCIS website about this law.

U seem to be an F4. Check with the CSPA Age out rule formula for that.

My mother is a single (widow) I am sure our case is F1 that i know. She is the principal beneficiary and her mother (my grand mother) is the petitioner.
