There is no reason you shouldn't get it soon. According to them, they are still scheduling the interviews so hang in there. For me am already looking towards next 2 months and running my life as usual:-)

Still waiting... :(

Could the delay be to the Kiev embassy being busy? Some other factor Im not aware of? Really hoping it comes today or tomorrow.

Well to make matters worse, yahoo mail has been having outages the last few days, which may or may not mean my letter was lost, or is still waiting to come into my inbox. Calling NVC tonight to find out the deal.

Yo you should better call NVC and check out your status.. whats your PD ? Do update their response in the forum as well.

If my PD would have been in April 2007 I would have definitely called NVC for confirmation.

I have not spoken to the NVC because their line was busy for over 2 hours last night. I called repeatedly every 15 mins and got a busy signal.

Did you check both your email and your petitioner's email? Spam folders?

Maybe you can check the Regional forum for Ukraine to benchmark if your local embassy is heavily backlogged.

Still no letter, NVC was busy again (busy signal, cant even get through to the phone system) last night, tried for 3 hours. Both me and my petitioner (my mom) have been watching email like hawks. Nothing in spam.

I made a post in the regional forums to see if anyone knows anything about the embassy in Kiev.

Hi walfredo Nvc phone line is always busy, you have to wait on line until there is an available agent to attend to your call. Most times it takes nothing less than 30 minutes wait. You don't just hang up when you hear the busy signal. All the best

Hi Walfredo can you email or call your embassy directly to find out if they have an interview scheduled for you? I have seen persons on this forum go that route and get through!!!

Hi thank you, embassy says it cant do anything yet because it hasnt received my documents from the NVC. Meaning, I give them my case number (KEV###) and its not in their system/cant do anything yet. This was some time ago though, not within the last 2 weeks. Maybe will try contacting embassy again.
