you need to send it yourself. i see on here how lawyer can delay your stuff alot. why she want to wait until 4 days away to send it when it won't take 10 minutes to send off  via email.

Hello to you all....just to brief u all of my experience , have being in the States for a month now and everything is going well.

a. Interview date on June 20th 2017

 

b. Travelled to the state on 26th July 17(port of entry was smooth and quick)

 

c. Received Social Security number by mail on August 2nd 2017

 

d. Received Green Card too by mail on August 9th 2017.

 

e. Received ID card on August 24th 2017.

Hi Kim my dad called nvc today.he asked is any date schedule for us? then the leady  said let me chak your pd and stuff and she said it case complete 18 August.  it didn't schedule yet when it's complited we will let u know . that s it.....

I'm so worried is it normal answer or anything problme ? why she said when it's complited we will let u know ? what does this complited mean"? because case already complited . when I should call again anyone have idea help me 😑

It's ok what she said. I think this week is a blank week for nvc, meaning they will not give out any more dates until next week.  Its what they have been doing for a while now. he can call next week to find out.

*Receive Approval letter on 1 Oct 2013

 I know there's still a long way wait for me and i understand it but i saw on this forum that you guys call nvc for an update or curious about the application..since i got my approve letter my mother (petitioner ) haven't call to check for any update or news about my application. Is it ok to just wait till my pd current? or my mom should call nvc?

 

What is form  DS260? when to complete this form?

No need to call nvc. They will contact you 6 months before your pd becomes current. ds260 form is to be completed when nvc contact you.

Did you ever receive a welcome letter from NVC asking that you pay fee or submit documents such as Police Certificate of Character, Birth Certificate.

Hi Kim my dad called but line was busy .weather in Atlanta not very good today. he said he will call tomorrow.  like if he didn't call am i not going to get il lettar? or of they schedule my interview they will send if call or not 😑my dad said don't panic if they schedule they will let u know .
