NVC will start scheduling interviews from the next week. So it's ok to call next week. That's right, you'll schedule your medical appointment after you'll get your IL.

Same thing as lain said. You don't want to call on monday and hear that they haven't start schedule as yet, so by wednesday they'll be in the swing of things. I won't call until wednesday myself.

Thank you for clarification.

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum and is seeking some helpful information. the brief story is that my mother sponsored me for immigration. the priority date is Nov 2010, the case originally was in F2B category but then moved to F1 when my mother became citizen. now it is in F1 category, all documentation including DS260 has been done. every month I religiously follow visa bulletin, I was happy when till last month F1 for all other areas was showing December as the current date, but this month they moved it to May 2010, and my dreams shattered. I have been waiting for 7 years now, away from my family. any idea what is going on at nvc, why suddenly they went back in time? how much more I will have to wait?

thanks
