Your pd is already current. Once you receive case complete letter, expect interview date at end of month.

thanks!!! by the way do you know what questions are they gonna ask me? My mother is my petitioner and her plus my sister filled the affidavit for me. I just don't know what to say if they ask me where am I gonna live cuz at the beginning I was staying at my mothers but during the process my gf got pregnant and everything changed. I just want to know the questions and any advice about it

None of us ever really know what questions will be asked at Interview, we just have to try and be prepared as best as possible.

Hi and welcome! NVC start issuing IL's each month from 27th, so you should call then and ask these questions:

1. Is your case already complete? When it was completed(the date)? You can check that at CEAC.

2. Is your interview already scheduled?

If all is good, you should be scheduled for June.

I just had my interview, so scroll down a bit and read the questions, which i've and other members been asked.

Only one advice, when they will ask you where you gonna live, tell them that with your mom 1st, don't mention about your own fresh family, because this visa category is about your family reunification(parrents with unmarried children). Get your GC and then good luck and congratulations with your new baby born soon:)

Thanks, at CEAC says "AT NVC"

I haven't receive any case completed letter, is this something that I should receive before being scheduled for an interview?

I haven't mention my unborn child or my gf, but we have posted on social media because my lawyer said theres no problem because Im not married and she got pregnant after my documents were sent. This situation is really confusing and it drives me crazy to think I might not be there for my childs birth

No, you should check is your case complete here:

https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

If there is N/A instead of PAID by AOS fee, it means your case is complete, but you have had receive your CC letter and yes, you have to get it before your interview letter.

Otherwise wait till 27th and find out.

Thank you so much, I got approved!:jest:

The questions I've been asked:

- Where lives your mom?

- What do I plan to do there? study or work?

- When I plan to go there?

- Where I gonna stay? Will I live with my mom?

- Why I want to go to live there?

And then explained, that when i'll receive a GC, if i'll overstay for more than a year in some other country, it'll become invalid and asked to come on Thursday to pick up documents:)

I'm soo happy, that finally it's over and wish you good luck guys too:)

Congrats Lain :)
