2.I got mine case complete letter a week after I called NVC to ask of the current status of my case and it was confirmed by the rep who answered the call at the NVC... Called on 20th March 2017 and received a confirmation letter on 27tg march 2017 via email.

 

3. it is necessary you get case completion letter from the NVC via email so will advise you call them and ask when yours will be posted if only the case is completed.

Hi Lena my case not complited yet. My dad called nvc today they said in rivew then my dad told them it's alredy 3 month then the officer said there is deadline 26th April wait u may get latter.

Ohk....But did u get a check list...Don't worry everything will be fine hope u get it completed before the said time....He should keep on calling the NVC and also put pressure on the lawyer because your dad has paid for their services to also communicate to the NVC to know the case is being daleyed.....

 

My dad really put pressure on his lawyer through the entire process till this stage that we are waiting for interview date.

Sometimes it might happen like that, that their system would get in error and you wouldn't receive your CCL, but that is exception and it doesn't mean, that you are one of it

If your deadline is 26 of April, it means, that your scan date is 26 of January. As I told you before, they review your case for 3 months now after the checklist. So sit tight and wait patiently

Yes, it means NVC received your docs on 26 of January.

Hi lina, they didn't ask anything for me but they ask my sister divorce certificate agin and it wasn't a check list. When my dad ask lawyer he say he called bla bla. My dad is old perosn he work still it's hard for him to contact but still he made called .now waiting for the deadline if nothing happen the  my dad will make call end of this month again. Received visa and it's expiration date depends on your medical. Mine was done on the 3rd of April, so visa expires on 3rd of October. That's how it works

Yes I am so good, that all bureaucracy is over and waiting game is over and one chapter of your life is also over

My travel plans will be just in September, cause, oh my god, how much preparation I do have
