I checkes this one too they send me this:::

To process your case, you must first pay any required fees. Then, each applicant accompanying the principal applicant to the United States will need to complete the online IV Application (form DS-260). The IV Application may be partially completed and finished later, or may be completed at one time. However, once submitted, please contact the NVC if you need to update the form.

After submitting the DS-260, mail all supporting documentation (as listed on the Documents the Applicant Must Submit web page) for each applicant to the NVC.

Once received, it will take the NVC 2 to 4 weeks to review your case. If any additional information is required after the review, the NVC will notify the applicant (or the applicant’s agent).

Listen, it's a waiting game, when your time comes it comes. I had case complete letter and all from March 2016 and I had to wait until Feb of this year to get an appointment date. Can you imagine how i felt, so no worries all will be well my dear, soon you will be gearing up to do medical and all lol.

I agree it is a waiting game.  Have you receive a case complete letter via hard copy or email, cause without one I doubt an interview would be even scheduled.  If you saw other person with PDs after your getting ILs I would see a reason to stress out but if not it more than likely means you will not have an interview April.

We have waited years, so don't stress yourself out waiting another month or more if you have too.

As I got my official Case Complete email this past Friday, it's very likely you will receive yours by the end of this week.

Ok, so you resubmitted your AOS docs on December or January? Do you know when NVC accepted your docs? In other words, do you know your scan date?

@ Khadija we can only wait as there is no other option. i received last email from NVC on 22nd March 2016 which states that

We received the petitioner's proof of citizenship and confirmed the visa classification of your petition.  Please see the new visa classification below.

Due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. The NVC will keep this petition until an immigrant visa becomes available. The petitioner, principal applicant, or attorney of record will be notified when this petition is eligible for further processing. The principal applicant should not make any firm plans such as disposing of property, giving up jobs, or making travel arrangements at this time. For additional information, review the explanation of numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance below.

I think this means that there is no visa number available for F1 category. but i am frustrated that my PD is 18th Jan 2010 and some guys have PD of Sep and Oct 2016 and they have received their IL dates.

aliwaqas707, you have to call NVC 1st and ask for your Invoice ID, they will tell you, so you could log in and ask for your interview date as well.

You received email stating that there is no visa available a year ago, when your PD wasn't current, but it has moved much forward. Guys are getting IL with PD September 2010. So, visa is already available for you.

Or you can send an inquiry(like I did), asking "how can I expedite processing of my case":

https://secureforms.travel.state.gov/ask-nvc.php

They replayed, that my interview date is scheduled and after that I received an official letter about my appointment.
