I got my Welcome letter just a couple months before my PD became current (2nd chart wasn't moving for a long period). Then after 2 months of case review i got a checklist, asking to submit PC, which I was already submitted, what took additional 3 months to complete the case (too long) and during these 5 months VB started moving forward very fast, last VB jumped by 4 months! That's how you get stuck on a flat way

My case completed in April 2016 before this my category was F2B but i submitted my mother naturalization certificate and my category changed to F1 and NVC acknowledged me that my case file is now completed and category changed from F2b to F1. now 1 year passed and there is no update from NVC and no IL date. i asked my immigration attorney and he says i have called NVC and they said please wait the visa for your category is not yet available we will let you inform once there is visa available for this category.

I want to know if there is any other person having same issue from Pakistan.
