i can remember that feeling,  imagining, what if something comes up about my petitioner? what if my medicals say NO?

what if they ask a question i have no answer to? what if they say i dont look like my brother? What is the CO is in a bad mood? etc.

 

calm down folks, F1s are special, unlike other categories,

you will get your visa, worst that can happen even if you fail basic knowledge question about your parent is to get a DNA

just a delay if that is the case, very rare.

 

Got LPR status through family in Feb 2017
travelled back to Nigeria in Aug 2017, got married
file i130 for wife and daughter in January 2018
Case transferred from CSC to NSC in July 2019
got RFE in Oct 2019.

next: waiting anxiously for the mail...

Hey Guys,  i landed safely.  POE was good. I just showed them my packet and i was sent to an Officer.  He only asked me to confirm my address.  Took my fingerprint. And pic and said everything looks ok. Stamp my passport and said good look. Im now awaiting my social security number and green card.  Good luck everyone
