well the story begins with me filing 4 peitions (3 f4's and 1 IR-5) I recieved 4 NOA 1's on 5/30/2013 and then on 12/20/2013 i received an update on all 4 petitions that they were transfered to the nebraska office but on 2/20/2014 I received an NOA 2 just from one of the f4 petitions stating that it has been approved, the letter recieved by mail stated that it has been forwarded to NVC in Portsmouth NH......

Im a bit skeptical of the fast approval i thought f4's take longer than 8 month to get the NOA2 (20 month was the national average) ....when i went on the USCIS website it didnt even list nebraska as one of the processing centers for F4's....

when I get the NOA 2 approval message on my email I automatically thought it was the IR-5 petition, but when i received the letter in the mail it stated the beneficiaries name and i realized that this was one of the F4 petitions....

anyone heard or experience something like this before?

In the back of my head I was thinking that somehow they might have criss crossed the IR-5 petition with that approved f4 petition (we have all propably at one time or another ventured of to la la land and the realm of possibilities and probabilities of USCIS)
