Imran, total estimated time for the category your wife falls in is around 12 years. You have a long waiting period remaining.

There is some more time for your wife and yes as you are married qualify and she will get papers to update her dependents later. You can always have your wife send a copy of your both of your Passports, marriage certificate and the case number with a letter to NVC for update directly and also ask you BIL to do the same.

HI All,

I have a quick question for all, if anyone can shed some light.. My mom files 3 cases under F4 and all the cases are complete waiting for visa #'s. The priority date is Feb 22, 2002.. it is really close and hoping it will be up soon.. My question is that do i need to redo all the DS260 forms and the documents again since my mom is the benificary and filing for her brothers and sisters in india.. i would think since all the cases are complete that it would be all good and nothing is needed until the visa #'s are avaliable.

Can someone please shed some light this way i can take proper action if needed.

IF your case is complete you don't have to do anything. you should just get Interview letter.

I had F4 for my sister with pd 3rd Jan2002 and I didn't have to do any ds260 work. they just send us IL.
