Obama will take executive action on immigration in the coming 2-3 months before years ends......

These are the 4 area where Obama will give his executive order :-

1.strengthen border security.

2.stream line legal immigration

2.1 temporary increase in the visa numbers

2.2 cap increase from 7% to 15 %

2.3 recapture unused visas

3.Dreamers or DACA

4.legal status to illegals.

Source ? If obama increase cap from 7 to 15 ...i guess India Cut off may get slow , i may be wrong

Jolly...I have been reading your request for a while that please don't pay IV fees...I disagree with this...we small number of people on this forum cannot dictate speed of VB by delaying paying IV fee

Jolly what does increasing the cap from 7 to 15 means when there is already a fixed number of people allowed from family and employment based petitions ?

Maximum people allowed per country for Immigration visa is 7% which may get increased to 15%

I saw that GOP Rebuplican are already asking Obama to disclose the steps he wanna take after midterm, so we might see what he got up his sleeves formally from himself.

Hiee...actually you donot need to do anything..whether u are under cspa or not will b decided by the counselor officer at time of your interview..

Wait for your interview..

Hi Krunal and Seper !

I am having the same case as yours. Right now i m above 21 but my cspa age is below 21, hence i m eligible under CSPA rule. My pd is Nov 2002.
If ur cspa age is below 21, then dont worry. Wait for any notification from NVC regarding COA and AOS. Mostly there wont be an option on the website to pay ur AOS & IV fees, but ur parents will be able to pay their fees online. So, at that time, just send an email to NVC regarding this and incase they dont respond and tells u to wait for ur pd to get current, then wait for ur pd to get current. During the visa interview of ur parents, they just have to tell the interview officer that you are eligible under CSPA rule. The interview officer will check the documents, and if they conclude that u r eligible under CSPA rule, then they will tell u to pay ur fees and ur interview will take place within 2 weeks.
This is the best i know right now.

I will keep updating you once my case goes further.

If anyone finds this incorrect, then please feel free to advise us.

Total number of petitions from sep2000 to seo2001 is = 92947

Total number of petitions from sep2001 to seo2002 is = 64304

Total number of petitions from sep2002 to seo2003 is = 62612

pd from sep2000 to sep2001 took 24 months to complete which is 30% more as compared to 64304...

It means that from sep,2001 to sep2002 it will take 18 months to complete...10 months already gone up to October VB which is 22jan,2002...now they will cover pd up to sep,2002 in remaining 8 months.....

And from pd sep,2002 to pd sep,2003 it will take 16 months .................

Hello Experts

I am new bee in this forums I have a quick question

My PD is June 2002

I have completed required forms, background check and fee paid in 2010.

since that time waiting for interview in Montreal consulate in Canada.

Any expert opinion how long I have to wait for as they are working on Jan 2002 Cases.
