I got my COA on October 2010 but due to that damn retrogression I'm still here :'( hopefully it's almost over.

I had even paid fee for my sister in october-2010 for PD-Feb,2002

Send all document and everything and date got changed back two year.

I am also the same status of you. I have paid all fees and documents to NVC more than 2 years back and waiting. My PD 07 feb 2002.

Could you please share the content of letter that you have just received from NVC.
