you will have your COA in sept or oct so be patient and your pd get current according to future movement of visa bulletin no one can predict visa bulletin.

Today i got mail from NVC. It says..........

visa numbers are not presently available for your visa category. You will be notified when further

consideration can be given to processing your application for immigration. The reason for this delay is that there

are more applicants for visas than there are immigrant visa numbers available in your category under the

limitation prescribed by law. For some visa categories, for example F3 or F4, this delay could be many years.

no that will come after approval of your i130.....when ur petition was approved ????????? i thk ur approval date is in 2010...

Yes my approval date is in 2010 and i got this letter in 2010 stating " Unfortunately, visa numbers are not presently available ............"

On the letter the date is October 6, 2010. Now what this whole thing means ?

Today i called NVC and supervisor told me that DOS updated thier computer on march 13,2014 and then again on March,20 DOS updated their computer.............what they are not sure when u guys will get choice of agent form....she also told me that when visa buletin dates comes more closer to 2002 then most likely cases will get notifications of COA......so lets see
