I read the news... "Obama is going to take executive decision on immigration reform till the end of summer."

Any idea what he is going to do actually ??

Any probability that he is gonna increase visa numbers for F4 ??

If that guy in white house signs this you can call F4 bye-bye for long time.

This means he is going to give permanent status to many millions of illegal to stay in USA.

This has nothing to do with legal immigrant.

And I can’t understand why anyone who came here legally is for it.

In my view very stupid move. But very politically motivate move as 95% of them will be voting for Democrat in feature

In May 2001, it was Bush's law (245i) that forced retrogession and almost three years for 2001 to pass. And now, the current President wants another amnesty. But, I think he is not greedy about "future" voters - he wants 95% of votes of mexicans NOW in mid term elections (2014)

Democrats call is "immigration reform" which its not. Its amnesty allowing illegals to become USC just like Reagan did in 1986. Republicans say, they wont let it happen as long as Obama is President, why because they want the credit for doing it. So, at the end, amnesty will be passed (just matter of time) so F4 is going away regardless if King Obama use his authority or not.

True, I strongly believe that.

1. If this so called immigration reform has been passed, then millions of H1b's will eat your chances to get a job when you arrive in US. What will you do when you arrive in USA?? They (H1B) already have an american degree and an american company's experience, your whole working profile will be degraded in comparison to them.

2. If this so called immigration reform has been considered and passed, then the population of US will be exploded all of a sudden just like India and china and the working conditions and the quality of life (the basic or the core reason why we asian want to immigrate to western world) would have become worst like Asian countries. (Its better to wait and get the best instead to face the competition with billions like we have in India or china).

3. If this so called immigration reform has been passed, then the whole american dream will be drained in sewer and the americans know this fact. And that is why they will never ever support this immigration reform , this reform bullshit, which has been basically funded by asians (H1Bs majorly who are desperate and have been waiting for their greencards since ages, they have funded heavily to support this #######), and in reality its not at all in our (immigrant applicants) favor actually. Take it positively and consider your future rather than getting emotional whether it takes 2 more years than normal time but a secured and safe future by the probability to get a job instead. I personally, seen many cases of H1Bs who have immigrated to canada after serving 10 or more years in US on H1B, because they didnt want to go back to the third world.

4. This vicious circle started when a Non-Immigrant visa holder who generally enters the US on education visa and then later apply for H1b by getting employed and then later apply for Employment Based Immigration greencard. These parasites are actually the most dangerous species for all of us whether we are an aspirant immigrants or an american Citizens or LPRs. These people did complete their studies in american universities and have relevant experience in american companies which actually goes in their favor and made them more superior than us (who genuinely wasted their precious time in third world while waiting for this immigrant family visa number). They actually did this fraud by convincing the immigration lawyer while getting their education visa that they will returned back to their native country after completing the purpose of travelling to USA. I know, I sound a bit mean or selfish in respect to Non-Immigrant applicants but we actually have to be like this to fight for our own existence in this cruel immigration system. We have no option left, instead to fight against this stupid, manipulated and disguised immigration reform which actually is not at all in our (Immigrant applicants) favor. This confused reform suggestion is stupid and funded by H1Bs to make more prominent laws to make their ways easier by implementing these rules and to make our (Immigrant applicants) ways much more difficult in future. I urge you all to read every phrase carefully while supporting this suggested immigration reform, its not in our favor at all and its completely against us in reality. Its formulated by professional lawyers so smartly that we immigrant applicants gt fooled by the goons and cast our vote pass this ####### on various websites through majority. People, please dont get fooled and read this stupid immigration reform carefully while supporting giving your consent to this #######.

How it effects f4 visa....m not agree with u....more over f4 2002 will move fast....some lawyer told me that PD nov2002 will get current with in 7-8 months.....

Jolly is absolutely right ,Friends let's not create Confusions . Even if the amnesty thing happens it just gives them Temp. Permit and there is complete Process for that. I think worst is over for F4 and now if not very fast the speed will be reasonably good . Think positive and stay happy . All is well

We are not here to start political discussion but trust me it will be bad for all.

Someone has to pay for these Millions of people’s welfare and it will go from tax payer's pocket.

Do you honestly think that all of them or majority of them are going to contribute towards tax?

USCIS and NVC have limited resources, so they will assign their resources to someone who is more politically important. This will result in delayed "all family petitions". Dont trust what these lawyers tell you. They dont have more resources than you and I, to predict the VB.

But, I hope you're correct, because I benefit if your statement is true.
