Guys, one thing is for sure. No Retrogression as Dec 2001 people got I/L. Checked priority date estimator. My PD 16-April-2002. Shows Dec-2014 as current.

Could mean 1 month movement from Oct Vb with new quota. If not then these people are fooling around with us. Hope for best.

Visa issuance not ensure anything about retrogression. Because in Jan 2011 VB was on 1 Jan 2002. and during this time lot of people whose PD in 2000 and 2001 visa was issued. In 2010 there are people who have received interview letters for PD 2001. and than retrogression.

So v cant say no chance of retrogression just because people getting interview letter.

Because this is also possible that from October VB will move only 1 week or no movement and than in november of december v c retrogression of 4 or 5 months like August 2001. and v just c simple statement from DOS that due to lot of applicants and v have to keep visa in numerical limitations so thats y again retrogression.

But during fiscal year 2009 and 2010 the PD's had moved total 55 months. So they had to restrogret. And for fiscal year 2013 and 2014 only 9 to 10 months movement. and only one week movements for past six months.

Retrogression occurs only when there has been a big movement since many months...but in our case there has been a negligible movement since 2 fiscal years...

Hence, there won't be any retrogression now...that's for sure...

But the movement in new fiscal year is unpredictable...
Still there is a hope for a big movement if obama takes some immigration decisions for new fiscal year and increases the visa quota for family-based immigration...
Or on the other side, there may be another slow fiscal year once again...
Its too much unpredictable...worse than stock market...

There is no more retrogression just believe on one thing look now new fiscal year will start from oct visa bulletin mean from September so i am try to telling you if that month will move slow about 1 or 2 week or 3ree so the whole year will move same like this if we can see previous year we are seeing same phenomena.

If we look to the demand graph which is share by mr. jolly there you can see curve move like year 2000.

SO WAIT for oct visa bulletin and dont gueesing by your self and like retrogression and other comment, be positive and believe only on DOS website news and updates.

GOOD LUCK
