I filled DS 230 back in 2010 and agin I filled DS 260 3 month back my priority date is 1 april 2002 but my cousin who,s priority date was dec 01 they did not filled Ds 260 but the were granted visa on same DS 230 which was submitted during 2010 and they were not asked for new affidative of support or new tax return even

You don't have to fill DS 260. You are documentary qualified and waiting for visa number to be current in comming vb. Your previous submitted DS 230 will serve the purpose. DS 260 is applicable for new applicant who just pay the AOS and IV fee.

My PD is 07 Feb 2002 and waiting for visa number like you. No worries.

It's also found for my family. However please go to usgov web pages where there is instruction for DS 260 who needs to fill up the DS 260.

Moreover do you see if you fillup the DS 260 then you are requested to submit the documents to NVC but you already submitted all the documents. Then no action is required. If NVC needs it then it will be mentioned in your IL to fill up prior to your interview. just wait for IL for next instruction. And you know it just a application fill up and will take max 20 min to fill.

I am primary applicant age is 33

Your age will not bar you from getting the visa unless you are the child of the beneficiary over the age of 21(in that case ,CSPA may apply). You would probably be the principal applicant or the spouse and your age has nothing to do with visa eligibility.

more days waiting on VB might be more days movement ?

less days of VB movement = faster release date ?

i suppose ..

i think no more Retrogression because PD DEC01 got I/L

no where to go back , it's time to start for 2002

and for anyone who worry about your overage children this might be help .
