One lady with PD 12/12/2001 received I/L and will interview on 09/04/2014 in Hong Kong.

This should not be 12/12/2001. As it already crossed 01jan2002. may be her documents are pending for which she got her letter in this month.

i think no movement in September visa bulletin.because most of anthoer category receive I/L.Only f4 category not receive i/l.

If there is no movement in September Visa Bulletin, then it would be very disappointing for all of us...
Lets hope that new fiscal year brings more visa numbers and faster movement...and please no more retrogression now !!

We read during every VB that in the beginning ther is a line " Allocations were made...............for demand received on 'month and day'". We predict the movement according to ILs but DoS moves the dates according to demand received in the beginning of the month. I f no one is receiving IL's, it is not certain that there will be no movement at all.

Sachin i have a question. While sending the civil documents of the applicant, was the cover letter(checklist) sent along with them? Is it required to send the checklist along with the documents requested?
