I just wonder if this technical difficulty has anything to do with delay in i/l? Let's see

ds261 - dsl ( in old time )

Read following completly and that will avoide many problem in feature. I think at this time they are sending first notice i.e COA letter around 10 month before i.e you should get COA in Dec-2014

I don't see a relation between interview schedule and VB movement. If we look at July 2014 Interview appointment schedule, the appointments in our category were very few but the movement in August vb was still 1 week.Maybe it has a stronger relation with the petitions approved by USCIS .

22- Aug. 20, 2016 : NVC Replied and removed my previous Attorney and add my Petitioner

to be my new (Agent/Attorney)

23- Oct. 04, 2016 : My son's name (who is under CSPA) deleted

24- Oct. 05, 2016 : Received NOA2 asking for 2015 W-2 (form)

25- Oct 05, 2016 : send 2015 W-2 form by (Email & Mail)

Dude nobody has said so ... I don't think any body has got IL and updated that in the form..... let's not assume
