Friends i have a doubt..we received a checklist last week which states that either original certificates or the certified copies should be sent to NVC. Is certified copy and notarized copy the same thing? Is it fine to send notarized copies instead of the originals?

I thinks certified copies means notarised copies ( certified as original by Notary) , Why the way what's your PD? receiving Checklist means on the doorstep of getting current .

Not sure how you did that calculation, but hope your prediction turns out right. There has not been a movement of 1 month since September 2013. Our eyes are desperate to see a serious movement.

I don't expect a huge movement in the September VB since

1) It is the last Vb and by now, almost all the visa numbers have been used.

2) It was stated this time that the unused visa numbers for FB categories have been provided to EB.

So its better to hope for huge movements from October VB onwards.

Hey guys..

I have observed that for f4 many petitions from India after 2001 has been sent to nvc for visa processing after mid 2009. Mine was june 2003 and received nvc case no. In 2009. So does that mean that there are few in line.???

As what i read in VB I think the 2) is applied for China mainland born and India not for all areas. Correct me if I'm wrong. But I'm pretty sure there'll not a huge movement in Sept VB.

May be there are many in line as they took so much time to send the petitions to NVC??????
