National Visa Center: the NVC is now sending out Fee Bills 8-12 months in advance of the expected priority date becoming current. Previously, the NVC had been sending out the Fee Bills 12-18 months in advance.

aug,2002 got fee bill in june 2014 ..........it means aug,2002 will get current in jan or feb,2015..........

Gud info Jolly 786 ... appreciated.

I am confused between fee bills and consular processing process which generally starts with this predetermined timeline ...

are you referring about that or is this Fee bill something else??

that will take about 12.5-6yrs of waiting...that is resonable jolly.

Hello Everyone.

I have a F4 petition pending with USCIS for my siblings. PD is March 10th 2010. I received an RFE notification today ( text and e-mail) . Letter is in the mail. I assume the letter will ask for documents to prove family ties. I originally sent both our birth certificates. What would be some of the proof or documents I can send back to prove our family ties? I am trying to get the ball rolling before I get the letter, since most of the documents will come from overseas. I have read somewhere that DNA testing might be an option...It is not an option for us...I live here and they live overseas and the cost of this test is not something to take lightly. Buying an airfare on such a short notice is not ideal either ( especially in high season)

Any good advise and document ideas would be greatly appreciated

P.S I know that there is a long wait, we are prepare for it. I just want to clear the first hurdle.

NVC NVC.

I send civic document in end of May then I called in first week of June and they says we are still checking.

Then I called on 11th July and they says I have to send birth certi and marriae certi. But I already send them that.

Lucky me that I didn't send original. I send them notary copy of that. Now I have to remake one more copy and send them.

You have to submit original copy of birth certificate and marriage certificate.
