• As the Republican House leaders practically abandoned legislative immigration Reform in 2014 and the November national election approaches inch by inch, the Democrats appear to lose patience, adding pressure on the President to use his pen to fix immigration problems by executive order as soon as possible. Under the circumstances, potentially the President may use his executive power earlier than anticipated and such administrative action appears to be a matter of time. Republicans are reacting to the ongoing development by a threat to sue the President for abuse of power in violation of the United States Constitution.
• Assuming that administrative fix of immigration problem is more or less a done deal, question remains how far he is going to go, particularly in the area of broken legal immigration system and employment-based immigration system. We will watch very closely.

Forget everyone! this is the most frustrating wait ever... have no hopes! its just damaging ppls hope plan career everything.. you dont rely on it, its true but everyone has hope.. the wait has increased more thn 13 yrs.. reason is visa demand is high.. if it was high there was retrogression for two years..still visa demand is high..they dont need people through family immigration.. they can jump employment for 5 yrs after retrogressing it for 4 yrs in like 5 months.. use all the visa quota of the country in it.. and family immigration just have to wait that some day some visa will be available.. Its all disappointing!

Finally the retrogression is getting over in august 2014 VB and we may some good movement after 01JAN02. I seriously wonder if all 2002 applicants have completed their case because a friend of me has PD feb 2002 and he claims that his case is not complete. Even my case is not complete( my pd is 01APR02). If there are other such applicants then we may see a huge advancement in the coming months due to low demand.
