Dear guys i submitted his aos fee and ds261 form online

Question is that my sisther can not fill i864 because she is totaly housewife..but my elder brother there is doctor he want to fill for me i864 and he is living in maryland but my sisther who is the petitioner living in portland...

So it is possible thay my brother fill i864 for me and send to NVC .....plz guys tell what should i do..
