Send email to NCinquiry@state.gob.com send scanned copy of her birth certificate and marriage certificate .write 1. Case number 2.date of birth and name of petitioner 3. Date of birth and name of beneficery.writ them u have got married and name of ur spouse should be entered in ur petition after few days her name would be entered and they ask u to send pic and certified copy of marriage certificate on NVC Address this is about all

Usually if you wanna add additional dependents, they ask you to submit copies of birth certificate, passport and marriage certificate by mail

Is it normal processing time at USCIS that a F4 case has not approved for more than 10 yrs. Case status still shows "intial review" by checking online

I received a check list cover letter

which has three page, first page is standard page, second page is bar code

but third page is weired.

Department of State will release the July 2014 Visa Bulletin soon. Many people are eagerly waiting for July VB release.

Fiscal year 2014 is from October 2013 to September 2014. We will soon be in the last quarter of FY 2014. Hence USCIS and DOS will start moving dates rapidly in many categories, so that visas are fully utilized in both FB and EB categories.

Dear friends recently i got AOS and COA from NVC my pd is 15aug 2002....so dear friends i want to delay my process for some months can the affect my case i mean i will submit COA and AOS after some months.....because i ahve already one case in which i done it my interview in 2013 and now i am in administrative processing..
