Complete paper work ASP

what do you mean complete paper work? you mean send fee and paper work for both file?

Both file for same person. one done by me and another done by my dad.

I already send all paper work for F3 file which got open one before.

Hi, my petition was applied by my american brother in march, 1990. I was supposed to get the visa in 2002, but nobody contacted me to come claim it. I tried contacting USCIS but they told me that they can only give out information about my case to my brother (petitioner). My question is, can I claim the visa now? If not, then how do I proceed? Can I appeal it and get it back, because I was never informed? Are there cases like mine's?

Guys do you think that its fine to submit DS-260 now? I logged on the CEAC and it asks for that form. My PD is 1 april 2002 and i have no idea when it will become current.

Submit it. Why delay the process?
