GUYS NOW I'AM CONFUSED! MY PD IS APRIL 2002. CASE COMPLETED IN 2011. PAID ALL FEES (AOS & IV FEES).SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTS AT NVC ALONG WITH DS-230 IN 2011.RECD EMAIL FROM NVC STATING "CASE COMPLETED WILL ISSUE VISA NUMBER ONCE AVIAILABLE.

NOW IN CEAC SITE SHOWS STATUS OF IV APPLICATION " NOTSTARTED" PROCEED TO FILL FORM DS-260 ONLINE.

DO I'VE TO FILL DS-260 ONLINE IF ALREADY SUBMITTED DS-230 PHYSICALLY TO NVC IN 2011?

I am also in same situation, my PD is Feb-2002, I paid IV/AOS fee on Oct-2010.

I called NVC two days ago and they say you just wait as it is Dec-2001 is running.

Guy was so rude and won't give any more info. I might call again to find out today.

Just received a checklist. just because I didn't write my address on two place.

resending again. Also I send only one copy but I have two adult on file and so have to send two copy.
