Waiting is very painful .. I am sure most of you are on the same boat as I am. My priority date is August 2004. When do you guys predict the visa availability for my priority date?

Do they send back any kind of acknowledgement about i864 and DS260 that it is approve or not?

If we are missing anything how long does it take them to request more info?

They send case complete email after reviewing DS260. Not sure whether they send a physical letter or not.

There's no case complete letter hard copy. If you get one by email, that is it.

Your interview letter will come via email as well.

HI guys, I signed the the CEAC website and under the IV fee column it shows "PAY NOW". Our AOS fee has been paid in 2010 but NVC has not informed us anything about paying the IV fee. Should we pay the IV fee before NVC instructs us or wait till further instructions are received? My pd is April 1 2002

please don't pay until your pd will get current......because movement of VB will depend on payed IV fee applicants.....i recommend you wait until your pd will get current and then u can pay and complete your case fast and get interview letter.............best of luck
