Agree with mr. Jolly

hey dont worry...please wait until your pd will get current and then u can pay IV fee...because DOS is moving VB on the bases of IV fee paid applicants.......the more IV fee paid applicant ,the movement of vb will be less....i am also requesting other guys please don't pay your Iv fee until ur pd will get current because otherwise demand will increase and VB will move slow and ur turn will come late,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,moreover,if u pay ur IV fee after u will get current then it doesnot effect on ur case........so pls wait for ur pd will get current and after pay Iv fee....pls guys

I have some doubt in my mind..As i mentioned before, we have already paid AOS fee and sent COA in 2010. According to me the next step should be paying the IV fee. Does NVC instruct the petitioner to pay the IV fee or he is supposed to sign in on his on at CEAC to check if he is eligible to pay the IV fee? I was wondering what would happen if we have missed to pay the IV fee. Will our case get cancelled?

PS:-My petitoner has not received any notice to pay the IV fee so far.

Please send a mail to NVC whether you will pay the fee right now .

did NVC phone number change or really super super busy?

603 334 0700 I am trying to call this number on all different timeframe and busy all the time from last week.

I have paid both )AOS,IV) fee on oct-2010 for Feb-2002 Pd. and not have heard anything yet.

I have emailed NVC to inquire about my case but have'nt heard anything from them. It has been more than 4 days since i emailed them. I even tried to call NVC today but the lines were busy. Last week i tried to call them about three times but the lines were busy then also except once when they picked up my phone but no representative was free at that time.

I am sure about one thing that if the VB does not speed up this month then we will have to wait for one more year to see a good movement because the coming three months constitute the last quarter of the FY and they have the potential to show a good movement. New visa numbers will be available from October but the initial movement in the FY would be slow as it happens every time. So the coming VB is the most crucial vb according to me. If the dates do not progress this time then we will not be able to predict anything about our waiting times.
