COAs are usually sent 8-10 months before the PD becomes current.This means that 22 august 2002 will be current within 8-10 months.So the visa bulletin will move at least one month per month in the coming months and even faster if CIR bill gets passed this summer because in that case the unused visa from year 1992 to 2013 will be used in FY2015. That's why i think that the movement will be significant in the coming months.

guys one more important thing is that please don't pay your IV applicant fee$230 untill ur PD will get current....otherwise again demand will generate and Visa bulletin will move slow....

guys i called nvc last week regarding pd 30july,2002 and operator told me case is ready for processing and you will receive ds-261 and AOs fee bill with in 10-15 days............

I have some doubt in my mind..As i mentioned before, we have already paid AOS fee and sent COA in 2010. According to me the next step should be paying the IV fee. Does NVC instruct the petitioner to pay the IV fee or he is supposed to sign in on his on at CEAC to check if he is eligible to pay the IV fee? I was wondering what would happen if we have missed to pay the IV fee. Will our case get cancelled?

PS:-My petitoner has not received any notice to pay the IV fee so far.

What is PD Coolguy11 ? You should check CEAC.

My PD is 1 April 2002. Is it possible that we get instructed on the CEAC website to pay the IV fee even though the petitioner has received no mail to do so?

What I understand is that letter should come before CEAC getting active , Now mails can get delayed also so I suggest you to call NVC and get advised.

hey dont worry...please wait until your pd will get current and then u can pay IV fee...because DOS is moving VB on the bases of IV fee paid applicants.......the more IV fee paid applicant ,the movement of vb will be less....i am also requesting other guys please don't pay your Iv fee until ur pd will get current because otherwise demand will increase and VB will move slow and ur turn will come late,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,moreover,if u pay ur IV fee after u will get current then it doesnot effect on ur case........so pls wait for ur pd will get current and after pay Iv fee....pls guys
