Guys get ready for supreme court decision on CSPA.....possibly decision will come on 10 May.....

I eagerly waiting for this i am over 21 while applying CSPA... now GOD with us and decision will be mine and all those who behind left from their families due to long wait time and finally children could join their parents again.

I noticed that there was no movement in June 2013 visa bulletin but the July 2013 vb moved by 3 weeks. This can happen this time also since June is the last month of third quarter of a FY and there may be less visa numbers available during this time.

I think that F4 will move not more than by four weeks in the coming months. The latest prediction about the future movement give information only about the retrogression of F2A and faster movement of F2B. This may mean that the other three categories will move neither fast nor slowly.
