Hello everyone ...I am sorry if this section is not right for this question. However, I highly appreciate your help to solve this issue. I am USC and applied I-130 for my brother and sister. I changed address of pending I-130 of my both brother and sister by entering NOA no at same time using different columns of same online "AR-11 form".After address changed, I got email confirmation too. However, while checking "case status" at online, it shows address changed information only for my sister not for my brother. what should i do now? The process of using multiple NOA no in one form by pressing "ADD" bottom while changing address is not right method? if so should i used one form for one case? In my case, should I changed address for my brother again?

I hope someone in this forum might have similar experience. your experience will be very useful for for all the other member like me.Thank you for your help.

National Visa Center: the NVC is now sending out Fee Bills 8-12 months in advance of the expected priority date becoming current. Previously, the NVC had been sending out the Fee Bills 12-18 months in advance.

They have not gone backwards.. The VB for April 2014 was 22NOV01 and May 2014 was 08DEC01. Since the month of April is going on, that's why they told you that they are working on november 22. If you call them in may, then they would reply that they are working on 08 December..
