Ur case number starts with NWD2005****** , so definitely ur approval date is in 2005 year..... and ur pd is 30 Sept 2002.... and ur age would be 21 on 4th april 2015.......

I am doing rough calculation (because i can't do the exact calculation for ur cspa eligibility as u dnt know ur approval date........but according to my approximate calculation, u are 100% eligible under cspa and u will remain eligible when ur pd gets current (as ur pd will get current within 2-3 months max)....so good news is that u will get visa under cspa law....congo :) now throw ur tension and relax buddy........u will get ur visa for sure........my guarantee.... :idea:

just the catch is that ur name wont be there on the interview letter as they have already removed ur name on the ceac....but thats not the thing to worry about.....many of my cspa friends have got their visa approved though their name was not on the interview letter.....ur cspa case will be evaluated during ur parents' interview.... and then ur medical and interview will be done a week after ur parents interview.....but u will get ur visa for sure.....

P.S. : Trust on my rough calculation....i am damn sure my calculation is 100% correct.....hehe... :P

And yaa, call nvc regarding ur case, ask them whether ur case is complete or not.......they will tell u the status of ur case.............

my case was not completed .....to be very honest i dont know whether it is completed or not ................i never got any email after nvc received my documents on dec 4 2014 ....................................on ceac website it is still at NVC and my aos fee also not changed from PAID to N/A .......................................

but i emailed nvc about my turning 21 issue ..............and they replied me that This case is currently under review for applicability of the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA). You will be notified once a decision is reached. Please be advised that there is no timeframe for this process. Please do not contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General, as they will be unable to provide you with further information.

i dont know my approval date ......my case no starts with NWD2005******.......so i guess it must be in 2005 .......................all my worries will end on interview of my parents ......should i go with them would they allow me inside embassy without no name on il

Jolly...I have been reading your request for a while that please don't pay IV fees...I disagree with this...we small number of people on this forum cannot dictate speed of VB by delaying paying IV fee

Hi Guys

i think 100% NVC will open COA for all cases from 1 Jan 2003 to 30 Jun 2003 .. because there is few cases are completed from Sept 2002 and up

so the VB will run faster parallel with the COA of the first 6 month of year 2003 to get more completed cases for interview .

I need your idea Guys...............

20- Aug. 15, 2016 : Sent ASK NVC to Add my petitioner as my (Agent/Attorney)

21- Aug. 17, 2016 : NVC Scan Date (NOA 1)

22- Aug. 20, 2016 : NVC Replied and removed my previous Attorney and add my Petitioner

to be my new (Agent/Attorney)

23- Oct. 04, 2016 : My son's name (who is under CSPA) deleted

24- Oct. 05, 2016 : Received NOA2 asking for 2015 W-2 (form)

25- Oct 05, 2016 : send 2015 W-2 form by (Email & Mail)

27- Oct. 11, 2016 : Case Completed after receiving all required Documents (NOA 3)

Hope at least a month movement for all months till September 2015

There are many unused visa numbers from the past 4 years according to their statistics.

They have literally issued only 58,000 to 59,000 f4 visas in the past 4 years, even though they could have issued 65,000 visa for every given year.

Hoping they capture these unused visa numbers according to executive actions taken ....

Seriously? NVC is gonna call you once they've scheduled the interview for you? WOW.......

Recived a call from NVC this morning interview schedule on May 01 they will email the letter in a week.
PD June 21 2002
Case completed 2010

06/17/2003: Petition Filed

03/12/2010: Approved

Eligible for CSPA protection until August, 2016.

07/06/2015: Petitioner's name appeared at ceac.state.gov.

07/17/2015: Response received from NVC that the case is now eligible for further processing.

07/25/2015: DS-261 opened and accessible on ceac.state.gov. Still no NVC Welcome Letter received. DS-261 completed online.

07/30/2015: Child's name (already over 21) removed from the case.

08/05/2015: NVC welcome letter and AOS fee bill received. $120 AOS fee paid by Electronic Fund Transfer from a personal U.S checking account.

08/07/2015: $120 AOS fee payment processed and showed "Paid" online.

08/24/2015: Immigrant visa fee bill ($325) received via email.

08/25/2015: Immigrant visa fee paid.

08/31/2015: IV payment cleared and DS-260 opened. Start to fill out DS-260

10/06/2015: All supporting documents and financial documents submitted to NVC electronically by email.

10/08/2015: DS-260 form completed for adults.

10/08/2015: Acknowledgement email received from NVC. Case number changed from GUZ to GZO.

10/09/2015: Another acknowledgement email from NVC stating that it would take 30 days for them to review our submitted documents

11/30/2015: Checklist received. NVC did not see one of our police certificate (we sent them for sure)

12/05/2015: Missing documents submitted again.

01/15/2016: Notification of case completion. Waiting for our interview letter.

02/08/2016: Visa bulletin for March was out - our priority date will be current in March.

02/12/2016: Received interview letter. Will interview on Wednesday, April 27th in Guangzhou, China.

02/17/2016: Case arrived at the consulate. Reached out to them to add the child's name back to the case.

02/18/2016: Consulate responded and requested to email them the documents. Documents emailed immediately.

02/19/2016: Consulate responded again and asked to submit paper documents to the consulate and submit DS-260 for child.

02/20/2016: DS-260 for child was filled out and submitted.

02/22/2016: Documents submitted to consulate via bank.

02/29/2016: New interview letter received via email. Child's name was included.

03/01/2016: Priority date is officially current, CSPA age will be 20 years, 7 months and 2 days.

04/21/2016: Medical exam in Guangzhou, China.

04/27/2016: Interview - passed.

04/29/2016: Immigrant visa issued.

I only got it to optimized, didnt see any tracking number. Anyway, today I went to the SSA office asking for it, and they said that i had no number issued and they generated it, they told me I will receive my SSC within the next 5/10 days. The officer mentioned that doing it through immigration you have like a 50% that they wont send it. I'm glad I went there....

good thing the passport with the visa has the same value, the only issue is the SSC. But thats gonna take 10 days more for me! I hope....
