Did you check your ELIS "USPS" tracking number..?

I only got it to optimized, didnt see any tracking number. Anyway, today I went to the SSA office asking for it, and they said that i had no number issued and they generated it, they told me I will receive my SSC within the next 5/10 days. The officer mentioned that doing it through immigration you have like a 50% that they wont send it. I'm glad I went there....

No one with PD in Aug 2002 first week in this forum?

One of My uncle's PD is 1st week of Aug 2002

Case completed in February but no Interview letter or email yet.

Has he called NVC ? Call NVC and check whether he has interview or not ...And let us know outcome

He tried many times .. but call didn't go through ... he tried early morning .. late night .. but its always busy or the IVR disconnects him when it asks to press 3 to talk to representative.

Though I doubt anyone will get interview date with PD in august. Maybe next month they will get the letter or email.

Will there be any retrogression looking at the current movement. This time its 6 weeks for sure. And october-november-december people have just strtd receiving COA. And have heard that there are less cases from July 2002 onwards. What do you guys think will there be any retrogression?

very sad thing happened to me guys ........... ...............i just checked my id on ceac ................my name is eliminated and my ds 260 which was completed already on nov 2014 is NOT APPLICABLE now ,,,,,,,as my 21st birthday is on 4 april .........................oh GOD please help me .....................................i have been using this ceac id since our case started my name was there always but my brother's name was not there as he was 22 years and 7 months old at that time ............................................................look how unfortunate i m this time it will be 1 AUG 2002 and our pd is 30 SEP 2002 ...................................................................GOT DEFEATED by just two months .......................................................................................................guys do still i have some hope ..........................will my name be there in interview letter ................................i think CSPA can only save me now ......only if it applies to me and my brother ....................................very much disheartened ....................waited for visa for 13 years .............................

Dont worry at all CSPA will save u...ur name will not be there but u can always mail NVC, Visa officer will accept ur case at interview

Do you think people with August 2002 PD will face retrogression? Cause in next Bulletin the PD should be at-least 31st July.

it will be very very disappointing if there is retrogression after next VB.....

What is your CSPA age , for that you need deduct number of years since your case was completed .

what is the average time between coa and getting aos?i submitted coa one month ago and still no sign of aos.Thanks in advance.pd 22nov2002

We both share the same PD and I too sent in my COA nearly 3 weeks but haven't received invoice for payment yet.

What is your CSPA age , for that you need deduct number of years since your case was completed .

my case was not completed .....to be very honest i dont know whether it is completed or not ................i never got any email after nvc received my documents on dec 4 2014 ....................................on ceac website it is still at NVC and my aos fee also not changed from PAID to N/A .......................................

but i emailed nvc about my turning 21 issue ..............and they replied me that This case is currently under review for applicability of the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA). You will be notified once a decision is reached. Please be advised that there is no timeframe for this process. Please do not contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General, as they will be unable to provide you with further information.

i dont know my approval date ......my case no starts with NWD2005******.......so i guess it must be in 2005 .......................all my worries will end on interview of my parents ......should i go with them would they allow me inside embassy without no name on il
